Free Maiden jewelry is carefully handcrafted, and each piece will vary slightly. As with most handmade jewelry, some items are delicate and will require more care when handling.
It is important to note that brass, bronze, and sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time due to exposure to body oils, moisture and humidity. To discourage this, please avoid contact with water, lotions, and heavy perfumes and remove jewelry before going to sleep. Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or box to minimize tarnishing and damage when not in use. Restore your jewelry to the original shine with the appropriate polishing cloth.
Please keep in mind, however, that there is beauty in the aging process and a change in the color or patina in the metal is very natural and carries it's own beauty.
SHIPPING
Please expect your order to be shipped within 3-5 business days. Made To Order pieces will require more processing time which will be stated on the product info.
FREE MAIDEN cannot be held responsible for items returned to us and not received. Therefore, it is suggested all returns are shipped using a trackable mail service. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FREE MAIDEN wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us upon receipt. Jewelry purchased on www.freemaiden.com may be exchanged or returned for store credit towards a future purchase.
Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at freemaidenstudio@gmail.com with your order number to begin the process. Please note that all sale and custom items are final sale.
In regards to any vintage or pre-loved items sold through the website measurements will always be given. Due to the nature of vintage items there may be areas of wear. However, this information will be provided with the item description and pictures will detail these areas. Please make sure to read item descriptions fully and view all photos as these vintage and pre-loved items are final sale.
